You have several options: either you can fill in an online form, send an email to email@example.com or you can call us on 02 51 98 13 97 or 02 43 10 70 63.
You will need to:
Specify the departure and delivery location (country, city and postcode)
Specify the volume (in centimeters) and the weight of the goods (in kilograms)
Specify your time constraints (desired time and date)
A dedicated vehicle is a vehicle that has been exclusively reserved for your project. Your goods will travel alone without any bulk breaking. The goods will thus be protected from the loss or damage that is so frequent at docks.
We commit to ensuring that our vehicles leave within half an hour of you confirming transport from one of our agencies (La Roche sur Yon, Laval and Roissy Charles de Gaule). For any delivery within Europe, our vehicles will leave within an hour.
It’s really very simple. Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices that emit a continuous signal relaying their position. When a journey is in progress for your account, we will send you an email containing the codes for logging into the geo-tracking interface on our website. All you have to do is login to be able to track the progress of your delivery in real-time.
We will reply immediately to your requests, regardless of the method used (email or phone) or the day/time. Your request will immediately be recorded and we promise to provide you with the best solution as quickly as possible.
We guarantee tracking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In real terms, you will be able to contact us at any time, day or night to request information on the progress of your journey (collection and delivery emails/text messages, information recap, etc.)
No, we take responsibility for all sorts of missions. At the heart of what we do is urgent delivery, with dedicated transport. We collect your goods at Point A in order to take it directly (using our light vehicles) to Point B. It’s the easiest way to make a journey. Following that, there are a range of possibilities: a combination of rail, road, air or sea. For these challenges, we have the logistics and the skills to meet them, via our partners across France and throughout Europe.
We will work with you to find the most suitable solution (in terms of cost and speed). For example, an aerial solution might be the best for such a timeframe: our courier will travel with the parcel and will deliver it in person to your client.
Of course! We can guarantee deliveries at the weekend and also on public holidays. With Check and Go, there’s no such thing as a day off!
We organise the collection so that the delivery time can be met. We will programme collection with you, the evening before or on the same day, depending on your constraints and the time taken to travel to your client. If, for example, your client has to receive the delivery by 6 a.m., we will collect the goods the night before in our workshops in order to be on time to carry out the delivery.
We regularly deliver sensitive files or calls for tenders for our clients’ accounts. We are perfectly capable of handling the tight timing for this type of request. Our courier will come to pick up the documents at a time that suits you for a delivery at a specific time. Once signed for, we will then provide you with a delivery note (by email).
Yes, no problem at all. Check and Go offers a range of transport options for hazardous materials by applying the regulatory requirements in force (ADR for road transport and IATA for air transport).
Some goods are sensitive and require specific transport conditions. We will meet this requirement by offering you temperature-controlled transport.
Check and Go will take full responsibility for your shipments, including any customs requirements, where necessary
